Flexion-Distraction and Decompression
What is flexion-distraction?
Flexion-distraction is a non-surgical, painless chiropractic technique using a special table to gently stretch and bend the spine. It helps relieve spinal pain by decreasing intradiscal pressure, widening the spinal canal, reducing pressure on spinal nerves, and increasing spinal joint mobility.

What conditions does it help treat?
Flexion-distraction is often used to treat people with a variety of different pain syndromes, that may have not responded to other treatment approaches.
These include:
-
disc issues (disc herniation, slipped disc, and ruptured disc)
-
neck pain
-
low back pain
-

-

-
